  • We offer a contributory pension scheme and are proud of our employer’s contribution of 12.5%. Employee contribution is a minimum of 5% and members may increase their level of contribution to suit their personal circumstances. As a Personal Pension Plan the individual is free to invest in a large range of funds.
     
  • For certain roles we offer the option of company car or car allowance.
     
  • We offer all new employees membership to a non-contributory private healthcare with no excess and 50% contribution for partner.
     
  • Life Assurance is for all employees at four times annual salary.
     
  • 25 days annual holiday, rising to 28 after 10 years.
